    Site Manager

    per la nostra

    sede di Genova o di Nerviano (MI).
    La BU Automation è parte attiva dell'evoluzione tecnologica di soluzioni automatizzate di smistamento all'avanguardia per aeroporti, corrieri e servizi postali.
    La/Il Site Manager ha la responsabilità di pianificare le attività di installazione e montaggio dei nostri sistemi e si assicura che siano eseguite in conformità ai requisiti di progetto, nel rispetto delle norme in materia di sicurezza e salute sul lavoro e del Sistema di Gestione per la Qualità, rispettando i tempi e i costi del progetto.
    In particolare, la persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
    Redigere il piano e la schedulazione delle operazioni/attività da svolgere monitorandone l'andamento
    Definizione del tipo e della quantità di persone necessario, organizzando l'orario di lavoro;
    Definizione dei requisiti (quantità, tipo e caratteristiche) per gli utensili e gli strumenti da utilizzare in cantiere e approvvigionamento degli stessi;
    Interfacciarsi con il Material Planner per pianificare e gestire l'invio in cantiere dei materiali necessari per ogni fase di installazione
    Definizione della documentazione necessaria per ottenere i permessi di accesso all'edificio in cui verranno eseguiti gli impianti.
    Ispezione e controllo degli impianti effettuati dai Fornitori e dal Field Engineer,
    Registrazione delle checklist di controllo qualità e/o dei rapporti di verifica,
    Verifica del rispetto delle normative in materia di sicurezza e salute sul lavoro nei luoghi di lavoro, coordinandosi con il team HSE;
    Trattamento degli eventuali rifiuti prodotti, come contrattualmente definito dal Cliente e secondo le leggi e i regolamenti applicabili,
    Supporto ai Team di Verifica e Collaudo nell'esecuzione di test sulle macchine installate (commissioning), in conformità a quanto previsto da procedure e/o

    istruzioni/manuali/specifiche

    di installazione,
    Gestione delle non conformità, nell'accettazione dei materiali o durante lo svolgimento di altre attività di cantiere,

    montaggio/installazione

    e messa in servizio,
    Registrazione delle modifiche apportate durante le installazioni tramite mark-up sulla documentazione "Master Mark Up"
    Interfacciarsi con il Cliente per tutte le questioni inerenti alle attività di installazione.
    Titolo di Studio:
    Nice to have: Laurea triennale/ magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica e/o Elettronica, possibilmente con specializzazione in automazione e controlli
    Senior: da 5 a 10 anni di esperienza pregressa in campo industriale in siti di installazione
    Conoscenze e competenze

    tecniche/informatiche:
    Conoscenza delle normative vigenti in materia di subappalto e sicurezza
    Competenze comportamentali:
    Ottime competenze relazionali
    Buone capacità analitiche
    Capacità di pianificazione e problem solving,
    Autonomia operativa e predisposizione al lavoro in team
    Spirito di iniziativa e orientamento al risultato
    Conoscenze linguistiche:
    Buona conoscenza inglese (livello B1)
    Altro (es. Disponibilità a trasferte, Certificazioni specifiche, ...):
    Disponibilità a trasferte sia in Italia che all'Estero di medio-lungo periodo (circa 70-80% all'anno)
