- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of meetings and events, from small-scale gatherings to large conferences, ensuring they align with client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives for each event.
- Manage event space, vendors, and suppliers, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records.
- Create comprehensive event timelines, schedules, and logistical plans, ensuring all aspects are meticulously coordinated.
- Oversee all event logistics, including setup, teardown, and on-site management to ensure events run seamlessly.
- Implement creative ideas to enhance the attendee experience and achieve event success.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analyses to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of event planning principles, logistics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients, and vendors effectively.
- Proficient in event management software and tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative event concepts and experiences.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, thriving in an autonomous work environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage budgets effectively.
