    Our Site Manager is responsible for coordinating all daily activity related to the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of WITRON's advanced automated material handling system in order to help our customer to meet or exceed its production targets.

    In addition to understanding the operational and business needs of our customer, a successful Site Manager will effectively engage with all levels and departments within the local organization to drive collaboration, innovation, and success.

    As part of the site ramp-up team, this role will be critical in building, mentoring, and training a new team from the ground up while being focused on both fine tuning the system technology and developing outcome-driving customer touchpoints.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    Managing a multifaceted department of employees working day and night shifts, 7 days a week

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary company contact both internally and externally for customer relations, employee matters, and operational planning/activity decisioning
    • Participate in, and as necessary lead, assorted daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with the customer and internal WITRON teams to promote open communication and foster a spirit of collaboration
    • Understand customer service expectations and implement necessary changes to processes and procedures to constantly improve performance
    • Manage employee headcounts through effective workforce planning, drive responsible labor costs, and support resultsdriven team structure
    • Generate, analyze, and provide feedback relating to a variety of operational and maintenance KPI reports to ensure superior, datadriven maintenance activities
    • Maintain open, effective, and responsive communication with the customer on all aspects of operational and maintenance activity directly impacting the customer's expectations
    • Promote a "Safety First" mindset in all activities
    • Coordinate and supervise all production team activity in accordance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant human resources, health & safety, security, and other company policies
    • Liaise with the WITRON maintenance manager to ensure optimal system performance through timely preventive maintenance activities, effective ad hoc repairs, and spare parts managements
    • Drive team operational excellence through regular process reviews and realtime feedback based on measurable deliverables
    In collaboration with our customer's team, action immediate resolutions to irregular operations through careful and impactful review of process deviations and implementation of innovative and effective solutions

    • Provide leadership for colleagues by mentoring future leaders, promoting open communication between teams, coaching on process and procedural compliance, leading training & development initiatives, and promoting the company's values

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Management of teams, with a total of more than 40 colleagues working in shift patterns
    • Proven track record of team building
    • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and workload
    • Familiarity with basic logistics and supply chain principles
    • Basic understanding of automated material handling systems
    • Analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Knowledge of OSHA / NFPA safety guidelines
    • Project planning skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or GED required; relevant postsecondary education preferred
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role; 7+ years preferred
    • Previous experience in warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is required

    Physical Requirements:

    • Continuous walking, climbing and standing
    • This role may require occasional domestic and/or international travel in order to undergo relevant training and to attend internal and/or customer meetings.
    • Flexibility to work any shift as required by operational needs
    • Ability to be oncall as needed to ensure operational integrity
