- Proficient in creating business requirement documents BRD, functional requirements document FRD, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Use cases diagrams, Activity diagram, Class diagrams, and Sequence diagrams.
- Good knowledge of Risk analysis, GAP analysis, and Cost/Benefit analysis to better understand the mechanics of the existing & proposed systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite especially MS Excel, MS SharePoint, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Visio & MS Project.
