- Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress against key targets.
- Demonstrate a customer first mindset by modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand, customer, and the product.
- Ensure product is always available to the customer and is presented in a compelling way that is consistent with visual guidelines, brand standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom areas.
- Use strong communication skills and work collaboratively with your team to achieve store objectives and sales results.
- Ensure all company and store policies and procedures are followed, and delegate tasks to associates as needed to maintain operational excellence.
- Protect company assets and comply with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs. Report all concerns to management.
- Maintain a positive attitude and are flexible to the changing needs of the customer and the business.

Hiring Range:
$18.40 USD - $27.60 USD per hour
