Role and Responsibilities:

Unload and sort merchandise upon delivery arrival
Assist in processing all inventory movements between store and distribution
Works with a sense of urgency, making decisions that help meet needs of business
Maintains a clean, organized and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements
Responsible for maintaining appropriate stock levels and ensuring sizes and styles are represented
Prepares merchandise to go out onto the sales floor

Perform additional duties as assigned by Management or Supervisors

Qualifications and Requirements:

6 months experience
Regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
Exudes a friendly and positive demeanor
Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull and lift weights of usually 520 pounds
Assist with additional operational tasks
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

The annual base salary range for this position is $30,160 - $31,668. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
