Are you technically inclined and passionate about the world of programming? At Buffalo Chip, you can make a difference.

During your apprenticeship at our headquarters in Essen, we will teach you everything you need to know about software development in a retail company, from onboarding to the final IHK exam.

Over the next 3 years, as an apprentice in the field of computer science or application development, you will take on tasks in all phases of software development, work on your own projects, and contribute your own ideas.

You will be supported by modern development environments and technologies, as well as helpful colleagues, so that you can start your career with us fully prepared after your apprenticeship.


Responsibilities:

  • You will complete your 23 year apprenticeship (depending on performance and school degree) at our headquarters in Essen.
  • You will work with the latest technologies in web development.
  • You will take on tasks in all phases of software development.
  • You will actively participate in various development projects.

Profile:

  • You have completed high school with a general or technical university entrance qualification.
  • You have a good educational background.
  • You are interested in web technologies such as JavaScript.
  • You are proficient in using Windows or Mac.
  • You approach new tasks with an open mind.
  • You enjoy discussing and finding the best technical solutions.
