With 5 locations in Germany, we employ around 1300 employees and specialize in the production and distribution of pre-cooked poultry specialties and comparable vegan convenience products for the retail food industry, bulk consumers, and system gastronomy.
We are currently seeking a Production Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Zerbst to start as soon as possible. This position is full-time.Responsibilities:
- Review and optimize production processes
- Ensure smooth production flow
- Supervise and manage personnel
- Create shift and vacation schedules
- Prepare reports and analyze production data
