    DataRobot is looking for a quick and creative thinker with excellent writing and communication skills to work as a GTM Content Developer and Design Manager. As part of the Enablement Team, you will develop, design, and consult on content for various projects, working across all field teams to generate ideas, bring clarity, and ensure consistency across all messaging. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning Experience, you will help to identify key gaps and messages in training material, drive educational growth, and help team members unify tone across materials to build on and innovate within the GTM process. Youll have a passion for and a deep understanding of the intricacies of the AI/ML Market and a knack for generating engaging content to strict deadlines in collaboration with others.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of curriculum with educational standards, objectives, and desired outcomes

    Interpret briefs to develop & produce original content and drive tone consistency for GTM materials.

    Edit and proofread material to ensure high standards & tone consistency are met across all content outputs.

    Modularize content creation to allow for flexibility of use across multiple audiences

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content that aligns with best educational practices and our go-to-market strategy

    Design and implement assessment tools and processes to measure student learning outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum

    Support content governance and maintenance strategy to ensure content stays relevant and mirrors product and process changes in a timely fashion

    Stay abreast of current research, trends, and best practices in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods

    Improve and maintain the learning experience for all DataRobot learners across the content/learning management system(s)

    Implement and support platform enhancements

    Contribute to systems/operational documentation to ensure key decisions and processes are documented

    Communicate content releases to audiences via Slack, recurring newsletters and/or webinars

    Present to internal and external audiences regarding curriculum roadmap, onboarding to enablement platform and material, etc.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    2+ years of experience in content development, management & design and/or SaaS organization

    Experience with content management systems and/or learning management systems

    Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Support, etc.) to drive desired educational outcomes

    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    Strong initiative and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

    Self-motivated and eager to learn, with an eye for detail.

    Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a busy but fun environment.
