    Do you enjoy working on cloud technologies and creating innovative solutions? As a Cloud and Platform Engineering Chapter Leader, you will blend deep Software Engineering knowledge with a passion of coaching, mentoring and developing associates.

    You are committed to improving the value delivered to our customers by collaborating with other leaders to drive adoption of engineering standards, influencing strategic decisions and build high quality data platforms.

    You will directly manage a team of engineers who work with the Database Platforms product area.

    We are a diverse, multi-functional team comprised of highly upbeat and motivated technologists who believe in the power of innovation and constant teamwork.

    The team blends technology & business expertise with a passion for exploring new technologies while working in an open and transparent way.

    Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing teams of 10+ people in an agile organization.
    Proven knowledge and experience of engineering principles, patterns and practices and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
    Strong technical proficiency with data technologies including relational and non-relational databases.

    Builds strong partnerships with squad leaders and platform leaders to enable open discussion on how to improve our engineering maturity of our platforms.

    Drives change across our platforms, advocating for the right outcomes for our customers while actively influencing how we build, operate and do things within their squad and Chapter.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with which you build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization.

    Experience identifying and acquiring talent needs, resource planning and talent allocation across large organizations.

    Certification in public cloud (AWS or Azure)

    This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Chapter Leader to join Cloud and Platform Engineering, Database platform.
