    Posting Summary:
    The Donor Relations team is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-focused individual to assist our staff with general administrative activities this summer. The Donor Relations Assistant will work closely with major gift officers, faculty, students, donors and staff on a variety of day-to-day tasks (such as data entry into our donor database, event preparations, and other duties as assigned) as well as special projects relating to gift stewardship. This is a seasonal position ending 8/31, and the ideal candidate will be available to work in-person (most of the time).

    Job Summary/Basic Function:
    The Donor Relations Assistant will work closely with major gift officers, faculty, students, donors and staff on a variety of day-to-day tasks (such as data entry into our donor database, event preparations, and other duties as assigned) as well as special projects relating to gift stewardship. This is a seasonal position ending 8/31, and the ideal candidate will be available to work in-person (most of the time).

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Outstanding proofreading skills
    • Punctuality and responsiveness
    • Experience working an office environment
    • Proficiency with Word and Excel, Google Docs and data entry
    • Availability for up to 27 hours per week within the hours of 9-5 Monday through Thursday
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • A creative eye and eager to share creative ideas for special projects and events
    • In-person whenever possible
    • A can-do spirit is always a plus
    Salary Range:

    $18 per hour
