- Supervise end-to-end product execution, ensuring top-notch experiences on all trips.
- Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of operations staff.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure adherence to procedures and facilitate smooth execution of changes and events.
- Implement quality assurance procedures and drive process improvements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee inventory-related tasks.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Work with the finance team to manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of operations experience, including 5+ years in a management role, hospitality or F&B experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Proven team management skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Availability to work 50+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license for positions in Washington DC and Philadelphia.
