- Record support activities, solutions, and methods for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Engage in technology projects like system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Address and resolve helpdesk tickets promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Guarantee adherence to IT security protocols and guidelines.
- Support in the implementation and enforcement of security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
- Maintain records of desktop equipment, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Coordinate with suppliers for equipment procurement and warranty services.
- Provide user training and advice on IT tools, applications, and best practices.
- Develop and uphold documentation for IT procedures, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area, or relevant hands-on experience.
- Solid understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11), Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting desktop hardware.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
- Exceptional communication and customer service capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are advantageous.

The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 4 years of experience in delivering technical support and resolving issues related to desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
