Location - Irvine, CA (preferred) or San Diego, CA. This is an on-site/in-person role, five days per week.**
Summary/Objective:We are seeking a highly motivated and talented IT End User Services and Support Technician to join our Information Technology team in the Irvine (Primary) or San Diego office. This is an on-site/in-person role.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary IT support contact for employees, onsite and remote.
  • Handle user provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring efficient and secure access to company resources.
  • Oversee end user laptop configurations, ensuring hardware and software setups meet company standards and user requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and Manage cloudbased server infrastructure, including patching, security procedures, and authentication issue resolution.
  • Documenting support requests, resolutions, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve end user services and support operations.
  • Willing to travel between the Irvine and San Diego office, as needed. Less than 10%.
  • Operates with high standards that are aligned to Certified B-Corp values.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information technology or related field.
  • Strong experience with managing Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
  • Experience supporting Windows and Macs Laptops.
  • Experience with SAAS platforms such as Zoom, Adobe, Salesforce, Atlassian and others.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, and scanners.

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to be independently mobile. The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with coworkers.
  • This position requires travel depending upon business needs.

Location
Irvine, CA (preferred) or San Diego, CA. This is an on-site/in-person role, five days per week.


Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000
