- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in managing multiple contract operations.
- Proficiency in utilizing IBM Rational Requirements DNG and IBM Rational Concert.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with senior-level management within client organizations.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience in effectively managing personnel.
- In-depth understanding of risk management principles and the ability to apply them in project settings.
- Thorough knowledge of quality management methodologies and the ability to ensure adherence to standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.

Job DescriptionHarmonyTech Inc. is seeking a seasoned and exceptionally skilled IT Task Order Program Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will assume the critical responsibility of overseeing and providing executive-level management for multiple projects and tasks. Your collaborative efforts will extend to working closely with senior-level management within our client organizations, where your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless and successful execution of tasks specified in designated Task Orders. An essential prerequisite for this position is a robust foundation in SAFe Agile methodologies, backed by substantial hands-on experience.
The position is available in Washington, DC, requires a Public Trust Clearance, and U.S. citizenship OR Permanent Residence status required.
