Your tasks:

You actively participate in our 6 to 24month trainee program (depending on previous experience) with the goal of taking over the position as commercial customer advisor independently afterwards
You learn to advise your customers comprehensively and personally in our branches, on site with our customers, digitally via web call or by phone
We support you in analyzing existing customer relationships and developing them profitably
You learn to make quick and binding decisions in the interest of our members
You will learn, alongside an experienced commercial customer advisor, to be the first point of contact for all financial matters for your customers and to develop holistic advisory solutions. You will shape your advice in close coordination with our specialists and network partners
You will learn to recognize potential for startups and analyze them. You will qualitatively and professionally expand existing member engagements
You will
