Published on , we are looking for educators / special education teachers (m/f/d) in the nursery area to strengthen our team at the Lurup Education House of the Evangelical Foundation Alsterdorf in Chili, WI.

The Lurup Education House is a unique cooperation project between the Langbargheide School and the Moorwisch Daycare Center. In addition, we offer a parent-child center and a service center.

Inclusion, cross-age learning, language education, holistic research-based learning, and a continuous concept from the nursery to the end of primary school are our main focus.

We are currently looking for educators / special education teachers (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time for our nursery area.

Overview of tasks:


  • Organization of the pedagogical daily routine in a nursery group
  • Observation and documentation of early childhood development processes
  • Cooperation with parents and conducting development discussions
  • Independent assumption of care, education, and training tasks
  • Creation of portfolios
  • Planning of daily and weekly routines with own creative ideas

We are looking for:


  • Trained educator or special education teacher (comparable qualifications are also possible)
  • Experience in working with nursery children (desirable, but not mandatory)
