As a Key Account Manager in our Customer Solution Management team, you will play a crucial role in our company.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and conducting customer workshops (in collaboration with other team members), supporting proposal and contract creation, coordinating and managing setup, and guiding clients through the onboarding process.

You will also act as a liaison between suppliers, technology, and controlling departments, and will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.

Depending on your qualifications and interests, you may also take on additional tasks.

To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of technology and enjoy creative conceptualization. You should also possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working with clients and colleagues in a respectful manner.
