Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d):

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Telephone support and consultation for new and existing customers
  • Handling all commercial and administrative tasks in daily business
  • Supporting field colleagues in maintaining and qualifying customer data, as well as tracking appointments and quotes
  • Optimizing and structuring deployment and tour schedules

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Completed commercial education, with ideally some experience in sales support or telephone sales
  • Structured and solutionoriented work style
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Teamwork, initiative, and reliability
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
