We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our new subscription product, MILES Abo (w/m/x).

Your responsibilities:

You will be the main point of contact for our customers throughout the entire duration of their MILES Auto Abo contract
You will handle the onboarding process for new customers and provide support for contractrelated inquiries, billing questions, and vehicle returns
You will assist customers with any questions or concerns through various channels such as email and phone
You will ensure that every customer receives the best and fastest support from our MILES team, whether it's during vehicle delivery or in case of damages
You will identify areas for improvement in our processes and proactively bring them to our attention

What you bring to the table:

You have a degree in business administration or a technical/commercial education
Ideally, you have some relevant experience in sales and/or customer service
You have a strong interest in IT and digitalization topics
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
You are an outgoing person with strong communication skills, and you are known for your initiative and customeroriented mindset
You are open to change and enjoy collaborating with your colleagues to improve processes and the customer experience
