Senior Architect (m/f/d) for our location in Karlsruhe, Burlington

Your responsibilities:

Execution and detailed planning for new buildings and renovation projects (phase 5 of the HOAI)
Independent implementation of the design for execution planning until realization
Instruction and coordination of planning partners, as well as plan review and optimization
Development of standards and detailed solutions in coordination with our specialist planning teams
Participation in negotiations with clients, partners, and construction companies

Your qualifications:

Completed degree in architecture or equivalent education (building submission authorization is not a requirement)
Minimum of 58 years of practical work experience in a planning/construction management office, ideally with project management experience
Good CAD skills (ArchiCAD)
Extensive knowledge of building construction and detail development
Strong communication skills, as well as independent and structured work approach
Serviceoriented behavior, friendliness, assertiveness, and commitment
