The Central Counseling Center for Homeless People in Dortmund serves around 2000 people annually and offers a diverse range of assistance for homeless individuals.

Our day center, located in the new Wichern Homeless Center, provides a low-threshold and structured daily contact and support service for single women and men facing special social difficulties.


We welcome applicants with a Christian values orientation and a willingness to actively support the diaconal focus of our work.


Your tasks will include:

  • Presence and ensuring the smooth operation of the Wichern day center
  • Deescalation in conflict situations
  • Assistance in crisis/emergency situations
  • Referral to further assistance
  • Statistics and documentation
