We, the Main-Post media group, are one of the most important media service providers in Mainfranken. Our product portfolio includes regional daily newspapers, advertising papers, various print media, and digital offerings. We also offer services in the areas of editorial, prepress, printing, and customer service.

Our logistics group offers a wide range of postal services, including mail sorting, delivery of newspapers and letters, and courier services.

For our location in Würzburg, Marketing-Service Main-Post GmbH is looking for a

Sales Support Employee (m/f/d):

full-time and part-time (at least 20 hours)

Your main tasks:

You make telephone contact with existing and new customers, advise business customers on our various products, and close contracts.
You create individual offers and enter or process them.
You support our media consultants in the office by developing individual advertising concepts.
You independently handle administrative tasks such as creating and tracking topic plans and their reports.
Processing presentations and correspondence is also part of your responsibilities.

Your profile:

You are a good fit for us if you enjoy telephone customer contact.

A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (or professional experience in a comparable position), a confident handling of MS Office programs, and a careful, independent, and structured way of working complete your profile.

You prefer teamwork and are known for your friendly communication.
