    • Coordinating staff training programs
    • Overseeing service operations and managing reservations efficiently
    • Collaborating with the kitchen on menu updates
    • Supervising support staff
    • Engaging in wine sales and assisting in inventory tasks
    This full-time position involves working five days a week, with an average of 44-48 hours. The candidate will be responsible for restaurant closure 2-3 evenings weekly. Full availability is essential, as the restaurant operates for dinner service seven nights a week.
