    Who we are looking for

    The Regulatory Analyst is responsible for executing the regulatory interactions and engagement model, researching data from regulatory authoritative sources, preparing reports to support Corporate Compliance and manage the regulatory tracker, across multiple regulatory authorities in accordance with the Global Regulatory Liaison Office Engagement Program. This individual contributor role reports to Global Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) & Global Regulatory Liaison Officer (GRLO).

    What you will do

    As the Regulatory Analyst, Officer, you will

  • Work with Exam & Interaction Coordinators to manage the regulatory follow up request intake process by ensuring tracking, confirmation, and delivery processes are executed in accordance with operating protocols
  • Manage the regulatory meeting scheduling process globally to ensure meeting compositions include the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and maintain the related trackers
  • Ensure preparatory and debrief meetings are aligned and prepared in advance of scheduled meetings
  • Take meeting notes during regulatory meetings and manage follow up processes
  • Work with Exam & Interaction Coordinators to manage the regulatory follow up request intake process by ensuring tracking, confirmation, and delivery processes are executed in accordance with operating protocols
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on tracking of regulatory actions and due dates
  • Prepare analyst reports on key regulatory themes and data
  • Research regulatory authoritative sources to compile information for SMEs
  • Monitor regulatory correspondence to ensure timely responsiveness by maintaining aging schedules to ensure deliverables are submitted on time
  • Ensure documents and information is gathered and produced in advance of meetings, liaising with other teams globally, where needed
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues and team members, assisting with projects and tasks
  • Work with confidential supervisory information and follow required enterprise wide handling requirements
  • Respond to all technical inquiries and resolve or escalate to the appropriate compliance area for resolution
  • Education, Experience & Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate college degree required
  • Minimum of two years of analytical/research work in a compliance/legal or similar function
  • Minimum of three years in a client focused role
  • Demonstrated experience being self directed and assuming responsibilities with little direction and supervision

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all types of communication; proficient skills in spelling punctuation grammar usage composition and editing; ability to collect data and prepare professional and accurate presentation materials
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service oriented with skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels including presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, vendors, and the general public
  • Strong word processing excel and typing with speed and accuracy
  • Self-motivated to assume responsibility without direct supervision
