- Work with Exam & Interaction Coordinators to manage the regulatory follow up request intake process by ensuring tracking, confirmation, and delivery processes are executed in accordance with operating protocols
- Manage the regulatory meeting scheduling process globally to ensure meeting compositions include the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and maintain the related trackers
- Ensure preparatory and debrief meetings are aligned and prepared in advance of scheduled meetings
- Take meeting notes during regulatory meetings and manage follow up processes

- Provide comprehensive reporting on tracking of regulatory actions and due dates
- Prepare analyst reports on key regulatory themes and data

- Monitor regulatory correspondence to ensure timely responsiveness by maintaining aging schedules to ensure deliverables are submitted on time
- Ensure documents and information is gathered and produced in advance of meetings, liaising with other teams globally, where needed
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and team members, assisting with projects and tasks
- Work with confidential supervisory information and follow required enterprise wide handling requirements
- Respond to all technical inquiries and resolve or escalate to the appropriate compliance area for resolution
- Undergraduate college degree required
- Minimum of two years of analytical/research work in a compliance/legal or similar function
- Minimum of three years in a client focused role
- Demonstrated experience being self directed and assuming responsibilities with little direction and supervision
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks in a high pressure, deadline-driven and changing priorities environment
- Strong abilities in analytical thinking, problem solving, research, time management, and verbal and written communication
- Qualified to collaborate with individuals across multiple business lines, geographies and corporate functions
- Ability to take ownership and initiative, to negotiate, influence and build consensus and successfully navigate within a demanding and international environment of a leading global financial institution
- Ability to use discretion in researching and analyzing problems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all written materials and information; exercise good judgment, to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to collect data and synthesize for use in presentation materials or written correspondence
- Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels of the organization including presenting information and responding to questions from stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all types of communication; proficient skills in spelling punctuation grammar usage composition and editing; ability to collect data and prepare professional and accurate presentation materials

The Regulatory Analyst is responsible for executing the regulatory interactions and engagement model, researching data from regulatory authoritative sources, preparing reports to support Corporate Compliance and manage the regulatory tracker, across multiple regulatory authorities in accordance with the Global Regulatory Liaison Office Engagement Program. This individual contributor role reports to Global Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) & Global Regulatory Liaison Officer (GRLO).
