Claims Handler (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Optimal legal and economic handling of all accident damages
  • Liaison between customer, workshop, sales, and insurance
  • Calculation of repair costs
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in the handling of accidents
  • Maximizing all potential opportunities arising from accident business

Your qualifications:


  • Completed technical or commercial training in the automotive industry
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills and customer orientation
  • Positive attitude
  • Teamwork
  • Initiative and independence
