We are currently seeking a Repair Intake and Distribution Employee (m/f/d) to join our team at our Bochum location.


Your responsibilities:

  • Receiving and distributing bicycles and ebikes in our service area
  • Creating repair orders
  • Processing returns
  • Scheduling appointments for inspections and repairs
  • Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries and supplier requests

Your profile:

  • You have completed a successful vocational training or have relevant work experience
  • Customer satisfaction is your top priority
  • You are motivated and driven
