Tax and Group Account Specialist (m/f/d)

  • Together, we ensure transparency about company successes and increase controllability
  • We create business plans and ideas for our strategic measures
  • What doesn't exist yet, we create
  • With clear reporting, we keep our stakeholders uptodate
  • As there is a lot going on here, we design uniform structures and processes for clear rules of the game
  • We integrate new companies in M&A processes
  • Coaching and support for our operational subsidiaries in tax matters
  • Interface and link to our external tax consultants
  • Legal structuring of the group and accompanying mergers, spinoffs, etc.
  • Support during the annual financial statement process
  • Contact person for the accounting team regarding tax and accounting standards
  • Support colleagues in monthly and quarterly closings
  • Definition of standards, e.g. reporting guidelines, group policies, chart of accounts, etc.
  • Support with regard to tax and commercial law issues in the implementation of ERP systems throughout the group
  • Accompaniment of the auditor in the group financial statements
  • Contact person for commercial law
