Description:

Responsible for front desk reception, record keeping, scheduling, answering phones, payment collection, registrations, assessments, and data entry.
Must have exceptional customer service skills, ability to communicate with people of varying backgrounds, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time.
Occasional travel to Jefferson and Morgan county offices.
Must be flexible with work schedule, as this position rotates with other Customer Service Representatives to cover the front desk M-F 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 pm. Saturday hours required.

Qualifications:

High School/ GED required
Prior experience in a medical office or similar appointment setting scenario, computer skills, and familiarity w/ various office equipment.
