Customer Service Representative

Panhandle Dumpsters LLC is looking to add to our team and is seeking a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills and the ability to keep up with high volume of customers.

Role Responsibilities
~Provide overall customer assistance

~Answer telephone calls

~Demonstrate courteous and professional demeanor to all visitors and customers

~Perform other customer service representative related duties as assigned and as needed


Minimum Requirements

• Excellent communications skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Customer service skills (preferred 1 year minimum)
• Data Entry skills (preferred 1 year minimum)
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
• Reliable Transportation to and from work
• High School Diploma or GED
