Experienced professionals, full-time, 40 hours/week

As a professional leader in an entrepreneurial role, you are responsible for the success of your store
from sales figures to the satisfaction of your employees
You are a role model and develop your team into motivated customer advisors with expertise and serviceoriented behavior
Whether it's personnel selection or scheduling: You always ensure optimal staffing and a collegial atmosphere
You love animals and can inspire your employees and customers with this passion
You have overall responsibility for ensuring optimal product availability and attractive presentation in your store
