We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative (w/m/d) for our Health and Medical Solutions Business Unit at our location in
Kilkenny, MN.

This position is
permanent and
full-time.

Your main responsibilities:

Telephone customer support
Processing sales and invoices to ensure customer orders are shipped, invoiced, and paid according to established procedures and standards
Responding to customer inquiries about product availability, prices, delivery times, and order status
Communicating with employees from other areas of the company, such as production, warehouse, transportation, or sales
Creating statistics and reports
Entering and maintaining data in our systems
Writing sales materials, quotes, reports, and correspondence as needed

You bring with you:

Completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in the field
Good communication skills with assertiveness, as well as linguistic fluency and sensitivity in dealing with customers
Teamwork, reliability, and willingness to perform
Fluent German and confident English in spoken and written form
