Your Job Purpose:

At LotusWorks, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Chandler, Arizona, in the thriving semiconductor sector. This role involves a variety of responsibilities and administrative tasks that support our engineering and technical teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our projects.

Your Job Description:
Commissioning software administrator
host training sessions
work with software development team on implementing updates
Create user accounts and permissions
Maintaining office supplies & managing Commissioning tools lists
Assisting Office Engineer with Commissioning software as needed
Maintaining organization charts, onsite training records, employee contacts lists, and onsite communications (Microsoft Teams)
Coordinate team meetings and take meeting minutes
Developing new hire site instructions (Site specific trainings, parking permits, requesting software access on behalf of new hire, etc.)
Proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel - Main point of contact for guest badging - Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
Job Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Teams, Excel, and Smartsheet.
Experience or willingness to learn about commissioning software.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new tasks.
