Your Job Purpose:
At LotusWorks, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Chandler, Arizona, in the thriving semiconductor sector.
This role involves a variety of responsibilities and administrative tasks that support our engineering and technical teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our projects.
Your Job Description:
- This person would be reporting to the Construction Manager and Contract Manager, assisting them closely with data driven processes.
- Maintaining organization charts, employee contacts lists, and onsite communications (Microsoft Teams/WhatsApp).
- Coordinating and scheduling team meetings and taking meeting minutes.
- Managing Cx tools lists.
- Cx commissioning software trainings (high level training prior to giving new users access).
- Assisting Office Engineer with Cx software as needed.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel
- Main point of contact for guest badging
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.
- Assisting Program and Project Managers with data driven roles.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Engineering, required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Teams, Excel, and Smartsheet is required.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and team collaboration.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new tasks.
