- The SMB Specialist will be responsible for managing all incoming leads and opportunities from various sources, including MQLs (marketing qualified leads), events, emails, web form fills, and Samsung Experience Stores (SES). They will work to qualify and nurture leads from identification through close
- Proactive campaign and outbound prospecting to identify and close new sales opportunities primary through Samsung B2B direct channels or SES) and pass carrier/IT channel BOs to respective channel. Proactive campaigns

- Accountable for the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual business strategy and defined weekly/monthly sales attainment
- Train SES store reps to generate new SMB leads
- Stay informed about Samsung portfolio of products and services
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to work flexible weekends including evenings
