Description
Your JobMolex is looking for a Program Manager to support Hyperscale business in the Bay Area. The Program manager is responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful program management with large customers in the sales arena.
What You Will DoDefine program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration stakeholders associated with our hyperscaler accounts.
Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met.
Monitor program progress, track key milestones, and manage risks and issues as they arise.
Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure program compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Foster collaboration and communication among project teams and stakeholders.
Manage program budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales project or program management, with a track record of successful program delivery.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello, and Sales Force.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience in cloud technology a plus.
For this role, we anticipate paying $140,000 - $175,000 base salary per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
