- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data connections
- A strong work ethic
- Minimum two years of experience as an Accountant in a corporate environment
- Responsible for all Accounts Payable functions from invoice receipt to payment issuance
- Responsible for all Accounts Receivable functions from invoicing to payment receipt, including maintenance of client data
- Maintain the general ledger
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Responsible for monthly closing of the company and subsidiaries including but not limited to balance sheet account reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial statements and issue in a timely manner
- Compute taxes and prepare various local tax returns
- Assist with annual audit, tax returns, and other year-end functions
- Payroll accounting, including reconciling payroll journal entries
- Review and process monthly travel expense reports
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
- Complete foreign currency transactions and translations
- Position reports to Controller
