Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing a high volume of Accounts Payable processes, including handling invoices per day through an Automatic Invoice Matching system (3-way match).
Responsibilities:
Process invoices daily using Automatic Invoice Matching (3-way match).
Prepare month-end A/P accruals and reconcile vendor statements.
Handle special and month-end projects as needed.
Audit transactions and invoices for accuracy.
Resolve discrepancies and manage inquiries from both internal and external sources.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of full-cycle A/P experience, with an emphasis on high-volume data entry.
Working knowledge of Automatic Invoice Matching systems or mainframe A/P systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in a hospital environment.
Familiarity with Lawson software.
Experience with QuickBooks Online.
Compensation:
$20/Hour
