What you'll do as our Accounting Specialist:


Accounts Payable Management:

Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Match purchase orders with invoices and reconcile any discrepancies.

Prepare and perform payments to vendors, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

Manage cash payments in accordance with company policies.


Expense Management:

Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Reconcile credit card statements and manage corporate card expenses.


General Accounting Support:

Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.


Process Building:

Identify opportunities for process creation within the accounting function and contribute to the implementation of enhancements.


Set up and manage integrations for ADP (Automated Data Processing) and other relevant systems to streamline payroll and accounting processes.


Payroll:

Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Address employee inquiries related to payroll and assist with resolving any issues.


Quarterly Budget Proposal Creation:

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop quarterly budget proposals for leadership review and approval.

Ensure proposals align with company goals and objectives, providing insightful analysis and recommendations as needed.


Experience you need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

2-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, payroll, or accounting roles.

Fluency in Mandarin language strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Experience with ADP.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Netsuite, QuickBooks, Oracle).

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
