Student Assistant Human Resources (m/f/d) at our locations in Augsburg or Frankfurt am Main, you play a crucial role in achieving our goals


Your tasks:


  • You support the operational daily business from applicant management to certificate creation
  • You independently take on administrative tasks along the entire employee life cycle
  • You work on and also independently take on small (partial) projects in the realization of various HR projects
  • The creation of presentations, evaluations, and research complete your field of activity

What you bring:


  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in economics, social sciences, or humanities, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • First practical experience in human resources during your studies is advantageous
  • You are sociable, enthusiastic, and like to get involved
  • You are flexible in dealing with new situations and enjoy challenges
  • You are characterized by an analytical, structured, accurate, and independent way of working
  • Very good English skills as well as excellent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
