We are a growing team in search of a People Operations Partner to join our People Operations department and help us revolutionize road freight logistics.

This role is based in our Berlin office.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a People Operations Partner, you will have a variety of responsibilities related to the full employee life cycle. You will work closely with other HR departments to ensure smooth operations for all HR-related matters.


Your tasks will include:

  • Preparing employment agreements and managing contracts
  • Assisting international newcomers with visa processes and integration in Berlin
  • Contributing to team projects
  • Supporting with HR reporting
  • Organizing and managing personnel records using our internal HRIS

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in general administrative people topics, such as absence and contract management, forms and certificates, labor law, German visa processes, or payroll
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong focus on providing exceptional service
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
