We are currently seeking a Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our location in Mönchengladbach.


Your responsibilities:


As a Service Advisor (m/f/d), you will provide comprehensive advice and support to our service customers and assist with technical questions.

You will work independently and take responsibility for achieving agreed-upon goals, while maximizing market potential. Customer orientation and satisfaction are your top priorities.


Your qualifications:


  • Commercial and/or technical education, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Customeroriented approach
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Independent and meticulous work ethic
