    Senior Construction Manager Opportunity at Peregrine Solutions

    Peregrine Solutions is seeking a Senior Construction Manager with extensive experience in Construction Project Management and a background in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate construction activities and coordinate with clients and stakeholders
    • Manage project workflow and contractors
    • Represent Owner's interests in oversight and reporting
    • Monitor construction activities and establish detailed inspection requirements
    • Lead progress meetings and prepare progress reports
    • Ensure project closeout milestones are met
    • Proactively monitor the project and recommend solutions
    • Coordinate Change Order packages
    • Administer database of contract actions

    Requirements:

    The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, or other relevant software.
