Your Responsibilities:

  • Assumption of local construction management in collaboration with an experienced construction manager or project manager
  • Support in managing the companies involved in construction from the beginning to the completion of warranty work
  • Monitoring of work processes in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality
  • Participation in construction meetings
  • Contact person for contractors and craftsmen

What You Bring:

  • Basic training in the field of construction, preferably as a draftsman EFZ
  • Further training as a construction manager advantageous or the intention to complete it
  • Independent work, resilience, and commitment
  • Networked thinking, negotiating skills in dealing with all stakeholders
