    With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Manager, Human Resources to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversees HR team members who work directly in leaves of absences, benefit administration, and additional areas within HR. Provides ongoing support, feedback and guidance as needed.
    • Implement and grow the ADP System to encompass HRIS for a one system approach globally
    • Oversees the administration of all benefit plans and programs; this includes open enrollment, 401 K plan management (John Hancock), life insurance, workers' compensation. Steps in to troubleshoot escalated issues or questions for HR team as needed. Oversees the process of leaves of absences; this includes FMLA, CFRA, PDL, CPFL, STD, LTD.
    • Assists in the annual compensation planning, manages the annual review process and ensures effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys, analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
    • Builds Hygiena's reputation as an employer of choice and creates and outstanding candidate experience. Oversees recruitment team ensuring managers are supported, quality hires and proper procedures are followed. Manages improvements to processes as needed.
    • Ensures adherence to company policies and oversees work processes and procedures for the employee life cycle. Completes quarterly metrics report, capturing workforce trends.
    • Oversees Hygiena University. Partners with Managers to identify training needs and assists with the mapping of development plans for teams and individuals.
    • Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; ensures the maintenance of handbooks and policies and procedures.
    • Manages affirmative action program, EEO-1 annual filing and maintenance of other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
    • Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
    • Ensures compliance with and/or follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.
    • Actively supports and participates in the safety program, both for self-protection and the protection of other employees, by reading and abiding by all requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
    • Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
    • Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
    • Handles various other duties as delegated by the VP, Human Resources

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field required
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources field
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    In accordance with applicable policies/procedures and UK legislation, may perform the following supervisory responsibilities: Interviewing, hiring, orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; enforcing all safety rules and ensuring safe work procedures.
