3, **your typical work assignments may include the following:

  • Develops and implements communications action plans to support the Audit Forum Executive Committee including maintaining and continuously coordinating meetings, agendas, registrations, speaker presentations, and fully utilizing various communication methods and tools to prepare and send information to confirm forum attendees.
  • Uses qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to analyze, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of internal ,administrative, organizational, and management operations of the regional audit forums.
  • Develops consistent policies and procedures that govern the work of the audit forum and makes recommendations to improve program operations.
  • Develops strategies and integrates action plans to measure program accomplishments, results, and effectiveness.
  • Performs special assignments that are of major significance in the accomplishment of the Intergovernmental Audit Forum; and develops and provides briefings and reports for the Director and senior managers on status of programs and operations.
