POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Financial Analyst, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive industry experience, helping our internal customers understand business issues by providing insights and helping to develop a winning strategy. You will serve as a partner to Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Strategy and other departments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, analyze complex financial data, and provide strategic insights to drive business performance.

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS

This position reports to the Manager of FP&A. The position will initially focus on preparing deliverables to our stakeholders and internal customers and gradually evolve to becoming a key business partner to our executives, operators in the field, and restaurant support center. The candidate can expect to have exposure to all areas of our business and develop a wholistic understanding of the restaurant industry and Portillo's business.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Level/Certifications

Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA candidate, or MBA preferred

Work Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

2+ years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Microsoft Excel skills.

Travel Requirement
