Cost Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Our client, a family owned manufacturing company located in the western suburbs of Chicago, is looking for a Cost Financial Analyst to join their team.

The office is located near Oak Brook and on a hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities:
Cost accounting system development and maintenanceAnalyze and recommend costs and cost savingsPrepare and complete internal cost savingsAnalyze manufacturing costs and prepare reports comparing standard costs to actual production costsAssist in general ledger preparation

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance1-3 years of cost accounting and some financial analysis experience in the manufacturing industryKnowledgeable on cost accounting methods in compliance with GAAPExperience with system implementation, process improvement and streamlining is a huge plus

Sells:
Company has been growing and financially stableFamily oriented culture - high value on work life balanceLots of exposure to different areas and will interface with different levels of Directors, VPs, and COO

Compensation:
up to $90,000 base salary plus 7% bonus
