- Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data to ensure internal equity and competitiveness.
- Develop and maintain salary structures in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to assess market positioning.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends for HR and Company leadership.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers on setting appropriate salary ranges and addressing compensation inquiries.
- Assist in designing variable pay programs and conducting job evaluations.
- Stay updated on compensation-related regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support compensation projects and enhance the Human Capital Management system (Workday) for insightful compensation information.
- Proven experience in compensation analysis, salary structure design, and market research.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in compensation survey methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to convey compensation concepts effectively.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and build relationships across the organization.
- Knowledge of employment laws related to compensation practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation analysis or related field.
- Experience with HCM and Advanced Compensation modules of Workday preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.

Job Description
The Compensation Analyst is a key role responsible for ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices within the Company.
