    Join Our Team as a Compensation Analyst at Insight Global!

    The Compensation Team at Insight Global is in charge of handling all aspects of compensation and incentives. From processing commission and bonus payouts to tracking sales and recruiting contests, our team plays a vital role in ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices. As a Compensation Analyst, you'll be involved in various tasks such as analyzing and documenting compensation programs, providing weekly scorecards for sales management, and ensuring accurate and timely compensation payments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the analysis, documentation, and administration of compensation and incentive programs for our Talent Acquisition team
    • Provide weekly compensation standings scorecards for our sales management and manage their quarterly/annual compensation
    • Compile monthly accounting accrual estimates for commission payments and bonuses
    • Develop techniques for presenting compensation data
    • Administer compensation updates for organizational changes
    • Support new compensation structures for international staffing
    • Assist field employees with questions, reports, and training
    • Work on special projects as directed

    Requirements:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration + 2 years of experience
    • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
    • Experience with data analytics tools like Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organization, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks
    • Effective communication and confidentiality
    • Curiosity, interest in numbers, and data
    • Sense of urgency to meet deadlines
